Description

The FT Cruiser is the ninth design in the swappable series. Its gentle stall characteristics and light wing loading make for a relaxed flyer.  The Cruiser is also an aircraft that can grow with you. The swappable nose gives you the ability to fly FPV without any permanent modifications or a nose job to your plane. You can achieve incredible flat spins, pinwheels, or effortless knife edges by programming differential thrust.  Optional split flaps are a great addition expanding its already amazing speed envelope.

Usually ships in 3 business days.

NOTE: This includes the airframe only (no electronics).

This airframe is compatible with the swappable series developed by Josh Bixler.

The name says it all..... Cruiser
This plane was not difficult to build, it was the first one I decided to buy and build and not knowing the techniques was not a problem. Flitetest's build video really was more of a build-along video. I went step by step just as they did in the video and my plane turned out wonderful. You can see mine on their website, mine is Black/Blue on top and Black/Red on bottom. I covered it in packing tape for extra durability and of course COLOR!!! This plane flies smooth, fast, slow, whatever you like, it just plainly cruises. I have just recently added the split flaps and this plane just crawls in the sky. I have only one real recommendation that i believe should be in the specs. This plane requires nose weight!!! I solved that by buying a grayson hobby black 3 cell 5000 mAh Battery. Do not feel intimidated to give this a try. I'm sure glad I did. I love it.
